The extruder Screws – Shells are made by being designed based on the screw diameter and width/length ratio, number of degassing areas in the extruder, feeding type, and the kind and capacity of the material to be processed, in compliance with the latest technology.

  • The Screws – Shells are manufactured at the diameters between Ø90mm-Ø160mm, based on the type of the material to be processed and based on the request.
  • Custom screw and shell designs are made for the plastic types LDPE, HDPE, PP, PS, ABS.
  • The Screw Shells are manufactured from either DIN-8550 or DIN-4140 material, optionally.
  • Bi-Metallic welding is applied on the screw in order to prolong the screw’s life. Also, the screws and shells are subjected to nitration process and their hardness degrees are increased.
