The AMG-Q series soundproof strong breakers allow a central recycling for the residual pieces from plastic waste recycling and injection. They are used to turn various soft and hard plastics, granules, plates, spherical and stick shaped and cutting waste materials; into granules via recycling. This procedure is for making up for defect product formation in the plastic and rubber industry, for decreasing the amount of waste products and increase material availability by utilizing the waste materials from plastic product cutting. The AMG-Q series breakers enable ease-of-use and easy blade replacement with their low noise operation and compact structure. It ensures an excellent breaking efficiency with its “V” shaped blade design, and it also ensures low noise level as well as low energy consumption.

The AMG series strong plastic granulators and breakers are systems that are ideal for the central recycling of the plastic garbage and wastes that are returned from the injection mould, blow moulding and extrusion lines. These machines of ours are used to break up and granulate the flat, round, stick and shredded soft and hard plastics. These machines of ours play a significant role in the plastic and rubber industry in terms of their aforementioned properties, by allowing rapid recycling and processing of the defective and waste products.
The AMG series breakers have a compact design, easy operation and the properties of quick blade replacing. Thanks to the cutting principle of the V shaped blades, a high breaking efficiency, low noise and low energy consumption are achieved.
