C TYPE DUAL EFFECT / PLASTERING PRESSES

The Hidroliksan C type Plastering Presses that can be made to have up to 250 tons capacity are standard sized, but can be made up to a certain flange size. The reason for that is because the chassis is C shaped, the space within the chassis is increased, which causes the chassis to stretch. We recommend H type presses to our customers after a certain flange size. This press type is preferred in the deep drawing procedures that are performed with small moulds, because they take less space in your production.

Also, the extractor that is placed in the top flange for works requiring an extractor enables easier and quicker removal of the cylinder after the plastering process is complete.
